My daily calorie intake is 600 calories I am low in protein, fiber, sodium and potassium. So I need to start eating more period and more red meats, Maybe so more vitamins and fruits and veggies. I also need to work on eating breakfast and dinner more often because that could also be the cause of why I'm low in these areas.

My overall intake today was just a chicken sandwich and a lemon lime Gatorade in lunch. No snacks in between, I really didn't eat much today. I don't like eating breakfast really so I don't eat in the morning. But yesterday I had a cinnamon roll and a sprite. And that was it. No breakfast again and I didn't eat dinner.
