I'm in. I really need this to keep on track with my exercise now that the kids are out of school.

I don't know if they sell a bottled low sodium chili sauce but I googled it and it came up with one you can make. www.lowsodiumcooking.com/free/ChiliSauce.htm Good luck!

I quit 16 months ago. Food is a definate issue. Chew sugar-free gum, baby carrots etc. However, your metabolism also slows when cigarettes/nicotine is taken away. Focus on keeping moving. I put my attention toward logging all food and all excercise. When I felt the urge to smoke I would go for a walk or put on a workout…

Thanks for the laugh!

The inner tube may possibly be popped or torn. Just yesterday I had to replace one on my daughter's bike.

Leave him alone and stop the comments. Sorry to have to say that but it's true. I am an exsmoker myself. Anytime anyone would make comments to me it just ticked me off and made me want to smoke more. Since he can't seem to give up the last one/two smokes a day he is not truly ready to give up smoking. No amount of pushing…

Yes, I used and graduated from the C25K or Couch to 5K appl on my iPod Touch.

If the food is THAT bad...yes, return it. However, it is probably not the waitress' or the cook's fault. The fault belongs to the owner or manager who understaffed the restaurant. THEY are the ones who should be told of the bad food and bad service so they can appropriately staff the place in the future.

You look wonderful! Congratulations on your weight loss and on your graduation!!!:drinker:

Agreed :)

Sounds delicious! Thanks for posting.

Yes, Bridge to 10K is the name. I just started it a couple days ago.

Way to go!

Tell her by showing her this post.

I, too, don't think it's necessary to give her something from you...only from the kids. That being said, if you still want to give her a little something why not a music cd or a book by one of her favorite authors? Both are a little personal...showing you gave her interests some thought......yet not too personal.
-
As far as I know they have 2 different 10K programs. One is for new runners and the Bridge to 10K is specifically for those who have just completed the C25K. I purchased this program and am hoping to start it as soon as the weather here is consistently warm.

Sounds yummy. I will have to try this next week. Thanks for posting.

I completed the C25K program. I used the app on my itouch and I carried it the whole time. As for a water bottle, I didn't bother with one until after I was finished with the run/walk.

WooHoo!!!!!

I just bought an air popper a couple days ago and could definately use some recipe suggestions too.
-
Sounds right to me too!

If that's the case, I must be more out of shape than I had thought. :frown: I consistently burn very near 400 calories every time I run a 5K.
