Mine would also be my wedding band. At one point I had to buy a plain band to switch out because my other one was so tight on me. I now wear my original band and its loose and i have to keep my finger bent so it wont fall off lol.

I am 5'4 and thank you :) I stay at home and take care of the house and my family. I do go to the gym 3 days a week and a work out video 3 days a week. Other then that not much moving around.

For me I have found oat meal in the little packets. Sometimes the hunger pains were crazy. I also would only eat 1 time a day but would pack the calories in all in one meal. Mt. Dew was my pop of choice. I could down 5 cans a day with no problem. I will have to try some soup next month.

Hello, You can add me if you want. I've only told a few of my close friends about starting this journey. Been 2 weeks in and 11lbs down. Some days are better then others.
