I picked up five pounds over the holidays and am having a heck of a time getting them off. Weigh 125 would like to weigh 115, or at least 120 by my holiday in April. Count me in.

Allrecipes.com is a great site. Try vegetarian and chicken dishes. And there's a wonderful recipe for guiness chicken stew made in the crockpot on another site, just google it.

Melt about 2 TBSP butter, stir in 1 TBSP dijon mustard, 2 tsp dried tarragon and about 2 TBSP lemon juice and put it over 2 tilapia fillets. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Very tasty!

I always find the best recipes on allrecipes.com, , they list calories per serving at the end of each recipe and you can always find just what you're looking for by using search.

I am on maintenance and can't believe how much happier I am with my intake when I include reasonable amounts of butter, olive oil, peanut butter, avocado--they keep me full and I feel great! I did weightwatchers for a couple of years and my hair was falling out and I was hungry a lot of the time. Fat can be your friend!

Just get a food scale and quit at an ounce or two--you'd be surprised at how satisfying that can be!

I have accepted that 4 p.m., a time that a lot of people experience a midafternoon crash, is my hungriest time in the 24 hour clock, and have adjusted my daily caloric intake so that I can eat then. Earlier dinner is better, you don't eat and go to bed.
