  • Try carrying a water bottle with you at school so that you can give your self a higher rate and keep your self hydrated.
  • I would give myself a nine. I bring a water bottle with me everyday to school to drink instead of drinking things that arent good for me. I also eat alot of fruits and vegetables, you should see my fridge!
  • Maybe you should start eating breakfast and you wont feel like that. Breakfast gives you alot of energy for your day.
  • I sometimes skip breakfast in the morning, and when I do all I hear is my stomach growling and my stomach hurting from being hungry. Breakfast is an important meal because it helps your mind get going and keeps you energized for the day.
