The scale was going up for me, too. It was so frustrating and it made me not want to work out last night. I ended up working out but still felt crummy the rest of the night. I woke up today and finally lost some. It is definitely a process!

I'd love to join this. I actually just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred on Saturday so it will be right on track for me! I started working out/eating healthier about 2-3 weeks ago and have lost about 3 pounds. I feel like I hit a plateau so I'm trying Jillian now as well as my other cardio workouts. I'm also hoping…
