Exactly.... We're very similar... only my "wine" is cookies... lol. Like you, I'm logging, getting in my exercise, etc., but I'm generally eating back all of my exercise calories and sometimes more. (again, those damn cookies, lol) Even with the "bad days" and knowing I could have done a lot better, I've still lost 51lbs.,…

My moods are all over the place on this one.... Pictures of myself, I never seem to like, at any size. The ones of me bigger just depress me, and the ones of me now I think... "that's it? after all this hard work?".... but pictures don't lie, and the cold, hard truth is probably why I hate taking them. :wink:

Sadly enough, I think a lot of this comes down to attitude. I noticed a couple cigar smokers on here who have advocated "smoking courtesy", which is MUCH appreciated. Unfortunately, I personally have never met a considerate smoker, including my former best friend. I think that fact probably leads to the people that someone…
