You did say that you have worked out each day, so your body is just retaining water from the weights you have been lifting. In a few days you wil see the scale move in the direction you want it to. But, I do agree with the majority of all of the others posts that say eat what makes you feel good/happy as long as it fits…

I would check your settings to make sure that your start weight is correct. If your current weight is higher than your initial start weight, your ticker will not show any weight loss until you are below your start weight.

I would be very interested in finding a reasonable explanation for this too. I thought I was the only one who is yawning while working out.

I would imagine that this has a lot to do with circulation. If you are standing your lungs can open up more to allow more oxygen to pass through.

I totally second the TEAM LINDZI!!!! Also, I have heard buzz that Emily is going to be the next bachelorette after Emily Maynard..... Don't know how they can have the next bachelorette lined up when they are not even done taping this coming one.....

The brownies weren't bad.... tasted alot of the espresso powder in them, but next time I will just use less of it and maybe a little more chocolate syrup. The texture was really good, they were like a real brownie!
