I completed day four of level one and yes I'm sore, but a good sore :/.... I'm doing daily workouts of the shred 10 days on each level. I got so inspired reading about the significant results people had at the end of the 30 days. I also will add additional cardio workouts on days I "can". I can't do the "real" push-ups…
