I workout extra because of the added water weight during TOM. Treadmill,pilates and squats with weights.

Oops just seeing this. Guess tomorrow will be my rest day then. Did 65 squats at the gym this morning thinking that's gonna be the challenge. My knees was acting crazy at first then I got on elliptical and did 20 minutes straight. The squats were pretty much easy after that.

Woke up early and did mine. Tried the split squat but my balance suck. Sticking with sumo and regular squats for now. Looking to tomorrow's challenge.

am so happy to see this. am overjoyed really. i stopped using the scale when i saw 5 pounds gain since i started lifting and squatting. was pissed until i used the measuring tape and saw some inches were off my four focal points.

very true for me too. i noticed that when i exercise at night,i generally dont have any appetite so i take cocoa or coco pops and i head to bed to be on the safe side. i actually stopped exercising at night as i was always below my 1200 calories goal.

I cam so relate with this. Am using my tape ruler instead than the scale. I don't want to be discouraged.

I PUT IN EXTRA EFFORT DURING MY PERIOD BECAUSE I NOTICED AM HEAVIER THAN AND LOSE MORE WEIGHT DURING THAT TIME. SECONDLY THE EXERCISES EASE THE PAINS AND ALLOWS THE PERIOD TO END QUICKER.
