  • Hi. Likewise. Me: 68, diagnosed 4 years ago. On waiting list for DBS. Not clinically overweight, but do have a noticeable sow's belly. Trying to lose it for reasons of health and vanity. Devices and apps: Apple Health (i-watch, phone and i-pad), Withings body+scales, Health Mate app, MyFitnessPal app.
  • I have a pressure cooker that I use to cook beans and chickpeas. I also use it to cook Christmas Pudding (British). Apart from that I don't use it for recipes.
