• Agreed! That's why I said it wasn't an everyday thing but when I'm working all day and grab some Subway for lunch, it's a nice splurge after drinking plain water all day every other day of the week! And it fits into my daily reqs. :)

•
4 a day destroyed the enamel on your teeth? I drink about a case a day, no problems here.
Gotta say, that is a *kitten* ton of soda.

• Yikes! No headaches here! But I dislike that canned stuff. The fountain variety is the only kind of Diet Coke I will drink. Helps on the wallet and not stocking my home with it.

• Yay! And Happy Birthday! I have a house guest so definitely don't want to do it with them around so I get to wait until after I get off work at 8pm! Yikes! Normally, I try and do it in the morning before everyone gets up I feel like I can do it decently enough. I heard some people eat a little peanut butter for a little…
• This one was definitely tough! Part of me doesn't know what I continue the torture but the rest of me says, I love it! lol But I have a goal to achieve so push on we must! My face was beet red for a while and no matter how cold my shower was I still felt like it was a little too warm! lol

• Thanks for the replies, everyone. I haven't been here (actively) long enough to see one of those debates yet so sorry about that. I drink water for everything and all day. I think if it's my weekend splurge and it fits into my daily requirements, then it's a go for launch.

• If you're looking for exact caloric intake and output, I suggest do what the other ladies have suggested. But I eat my 1550 cals, give or take, and go with that and don't worry about plugging it in.
• If you can't finish the entire videos at all, then maybe you should try Month 1 again. But no matter how many breaks you take, if you still push through it until the end of the videos, then I say go for it!
• I enjoyed the relaxed attitude of it. I did sweat a bit on it but that's because I have horrible upper body strength and worked it! I think these are part of the entire work out, so to get the full experience, I'm choosing to keep these in.
• Kate here! 26 yr old mother of 2! They are the light of my life, the pain in my *kitten*, and the bounce in my step. I was 145 in high school, got married to my best friend 2 weeks after I graduated (still happily together after a decade and married for 8 years!), then gained 30 due to that damn cake! Was 175 for a…
• Exact same boat here! Day 1 was yesterday and it was rough.Today, was pretty harsh too. Legs are really feeling it!
• Week 1, Day 2 for me! As promised, insane. haha And I'm feeling the soreness. No doubt. Question... anyone tried Muscle Milk to help with the rebuilding and soreness of the muscles?
• Hey there! I'd love to join the group! How does one go about doing that?
• I've been trying to reach that and am seeing the same results, though, not nearly as long. I'm curious to see if there's an answer for this.
• Alrighty then. I'll keep that in mind.
• I found that Revised Road Map 2.0 thingy, and figured out through everything that I should probably be consuming either 2100 or 2300 (I haven't figure out which one I am on activity, lightly active or moderately) and to be on the safe side I chose the 2100 and it came to 1500 or so (I suck at remembering exact numbers,…
• I'm going off MFP and Elliptical machine since I don't have a working HRM right now. And I'm comfortably netting 600-800 a day. I'm pushing for at least 1200. That's what I'm worried about mostly. Also, not really a nut eater though peanut butter if scrumptious. Trying to branch out but having a difficult time with it.…
• No juicer but shall look into that. And it's frustrating how little I like fruit. It's mainly a texture thing that I just can't do. Also, my parents never pushed fresh fruit when I was a child. They did things like canned pears. :grumble: But I can eat the hell out of most any kinda apple. lol Last night I tried fresh…
