• Congrats! How different do you look and feel?
• Lost inches and a few pounds. I'm happy about it and I can feel muscles in my arms and legs when I couldn't before. Pretty psyched about it. lol

• Hm, how goes it with the Vibrams? I have a pair and didn't even think about using them for the workouts!

• LOL Right? My husband uses our gardening knee pad thingy. Doesn't work for me so I just put up with the burns.
• Well, I'm pretty outta shape but heck, I'm improving. Though, I gotta say, the standing-laying-standing moves kill me. I'm just not fast enough yet. This darn gut. Slowly leaving... Oh, so slowly... Switch Kicks : 50 --> 100 Power Jacks : 27 --> 30 Power Knees : 43 --> 73 Power Jumps : 19 -->16  Globe Jumps : 5--> 6…
• Thanks for all the tips everyone!
• LMAO. Never are my husband and I! We're attempting! :D And thanks for the advice.
• Hm. I see what you're saying. I haven't seen people quit it yet (then again, I have been in the 'community' long either) but I didn't know if I was missing something since I started the program a couple weeks into starting my exercising. Been going strong so far. Bummer for others. I tried doing the P90 and that guy just…
• I don't understand what you're trying to say... How is doing Insanity setting themselves up for failure?
• Doing well here! Doing my workouts in the morning or at nap time and going strong! Feeling a little bummed about the last weigh in but going to keep trying to "dig deeper"!
• I know it's nice to see even 1lb but it's so darn frustrating when you feel like you're busting your butt and see (with your eyes) very little results.

• Probably at home. I was going to the gym before I started Insanity but the only thing for people with kids only has 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and a couple of stationary bikes.

• You look amazing! If you don't mind me asking, what was your workout and eating like to lose?
• I thought it was a bit easier as well! I just hope the boredom doesn't set in too quickly from the repetitive routines.
• My husband feels the same way!!! More success stories from the men!
• Actually, we are in the same category! I weighed 225 when I started and now I'm 222 after gaining a pound this week. I figured with me being as large as I as there would be something... But inches went up slightly as well. Talk about upset! Lol still going to push through though. I think I can! I think I can! I think…

• I really appreciate all the helpful advice and kind words. I've just kept gaining since out was out of high school and since I am trying to join the Air Force and have a time limit, due to my age, not having one of those lovely bodies that just drip fat by dropping caloric drinks (Which I've never really had too much soda…
• Eh, I would open it but when people get into it, they can sometimes be VERY judgmental and I just haven't been a fan of that. But that being said, since I've been tracking everything, I do track my sodium and only went over once and sometimes not even getting close, I also track my fiber along with Cals, carbs, fats, and…
• I track every thing that lands in my purty little mouth because I don't want to fall into that trap! Thank you for your help!
• Okay. Thank you!
• I do eat as close to net cals as possible. Due to work schedule, I may fall short some days. Others, I accidentally go over. But I get it as close as possible every day. Also, I don't weigh, but I measure my food.
• I've already mentioned in my OP that I'm also gaining inches as well because I am taking measurements.
• Hmph. :grumble: Okay. ETA: If I mostly drink water, all day, every day, wouldn't that already be happening?
• I will NEVER, EVER wait until the end of the day to do this again. I have worked from 12-9:30 today and then got to it. I felt exhausted, and tired, and less than what I could have been had I done it this morning. Never again!!! lol
• lol Wheat belly?

• Curiously, Crystal Light also has aspartame in it. But like I stated, it's not an every day thing.

• Gotta say, that is a *kitten* ton of soda.
Yeah, I know. I drink a ton of whatever's in the house. If we don't have soda, I'll drink a few gallons of water a day. Not sure why, but it runs in my family. We also use ungodly amounts of salt, I think the two go hand in hand...
Oh okay. lol I was just a wee…

• I haven't but I normally find that I don't need to. I don't mind plain water, I just state it that way to emphasize that that's exactly what I'm having.
