  • Okay so I'm hearing once a week or once every two weeks and alot of everyday lol. Thank you guys for your information and encouraging words. I think I'm going to change up the time I weigh in. I will do mornings instead of night after my workouts and before dinner. Thank you guys.
  • :wink: Thanks guess. I've been on a health kick lately. As of right now without calorie counting I've lost 9lbs. I didn't weigh myself at the start of my journey because I didn't want to discourage myself. Now that I'm counting calories I want to stay on track. I hope this site helps with that.
