Don't worry. You'll do just fine, trust me. It's scary at first but I've seen myself get grumpy if I don't run. It takes time and if you need to redo a day or week then redo it. It will make you a better runner in the long run.

I did W4D2 yesterday and still was able to add on 15 mins of extra walking. The 5 min run is killing me tho. I might stay on this week and keep tortchering myself until I can get the 5 mins down without wanting to die afterwards.

I have this issues when I take antibodics. Diflucan is one of the only things that will get this under control. I've heard that if you have high blood sugar, yeast will flourish because it is living off of suger in the blood.

2 eggs scrambled egg in 1 tsp of coconut oil with 5 grape tomaotes sliced on top. Plus a bananana and a bottle of diet pepsi. Total calorioes are 296 and I'm full.

I eat between 2 to 4 a day. I have two for breakfast and then sometimes I eat two more for dinner. It helps me stay fuller longer during the day.

I attempted W4D1 and only made it halfway through before I felt a weird tinge in my left calf mucle that went all the way up to the back of my knee. I decieded to finish the day by walking at an 3%+ inclince to try to strech out my calfs.

The machies I use allow me to put in my weight. MFP uses your last weighin to calculate. I like the machines more because it also knows the speed I am running at and my heart rate. I did use a HRM before but that gave me at least 100 more calories burned then the treadmill.

I'm using the C25K app from Zen labs. It does help me out quite a bit with my running and am very sweaty by the time I'm done with the workout. If I can't finish a day then I will do it over but with my remaining time I will walk or run on an inclince to get a workout.

Frozen meals have too much sodium and don't fill me up like they should. They do if I'm in a pinch for food or am tired of what I've cooked. I will always cook a large meal and divided it up so I have lunch through out the week. It's cheaper that way too.

Probiotics are really useful if you take them after taking antibodics. When you take medications for infections the meds destroy all bacteria including the good ones. When the good bacteria is gone yeast will flourish because the bacteria isn't competing against the yeast for food.
