  • Day 6 down only 24 left!!! Knee is still hurting but worked thru it, couldn't do as much cardio because of the knee (didnt finish on any of them, but toughed it out till almost the end of each set). I did switch up to 5lb weights today. I have gained 2lbs this week and am not happy about that at all!! I will use Fridays…

  • #2 down- only 28 days left!! It was easier today than yesterday (still hard). I was laughing because all I could do was yell at her and the TV during the workout! I also walked afterwards, and used the ab lounger!
  • Thanks Guys!! I do need to clarify that I started my d**t on March 10th, 2011 that should have been my starting date. I just looked at the wrong date lol. I started MFP on March 26th 2011. So actually it has been 3 weeks instead of two!
  • I started with 3 lbs also, I am going to try to muscle through with them. I would love to be able to use the 5 lbs in a few days though.....
