I lost 61 pounds with 1200 calories.... I maintained for over a year, before having major health issues at the end if last year that contributed to gaining 20 lbs back. I am now starting back with my 1200 calories to lose it! I

Thank You!! Not too much of any thing for the 1st 50 pounds, I go to the gym now-doing cardio and strength training. My weight loss has slowed down alot now--but I am determined to lose 10 more pounds!

I have lost 53 lbs and not alot of that from the stomach area. It is better, but hoping the last 10-15 pounds will help. You can't really target one area of your body, but since I don't have anywhere else for it to come from maybe it will start coming off!

Maybe I should start with the Fat Loss version, instead of the extreme. I do go to the gym daily, and I want to make sure I am eating enough. Thanks for the information, and congrats on breaking the plateau!!

It not only has push ups, but jumping jacks, high knees, etc..... It is very hard on the knees. I had knee issues, that started when I first began the shred, so I had to quit after 4-5 days. I have also seen lots of threads about knees issues from the JM shred, you may want to search the boards for them! I wished I could…

I am 5'6 I started at 199 now at 148-150 (my original goal weight) I would like to lose 10-15 more pounds for my ultimate goal weight!

That is what I am working on. :( I feel like I will never get those pounds off!! I am going to change my eating around some, and vary my exercise routine some. I have also started strength training in the last month.

Zumba is my favorite! Its fun and doesn't feel like a workout (until your finished)! I love it.
