I'm 125 days in and have no intention of stopping anytime soon...I plan to go at least another 2-3 months before I reevaluate where I am at...At some point I am going to switch from cutting fat to building heavy muscle mass.. So far I've lost close to 40lbs

Honnestly dont care everyone has their own opinion as to what is good. Some probably have .. its life .. improve yourself and move on. Really there is nothing wrong with that as this is how the world should be. Not everyone gets a trophy.

Just for the record Bull Sharks can live in fresh water and have been found in the Mississippi river as far north as Illinois. You do not have one in your pond that is for certain but any river system that connects to the ocean has the potential to have bull sharks.. and they are very agressive man eaters.
