Just read your success story and you have done an amazing job. You are nothing less than amazingly sexy, especially that amazing *kitten*. Do have a question for you though, mostly because I tried to creep (:blushing: ) and your profile is locked. I love tattoos, especially women with them. What is on your left…

The annoying sound of the office fax machine.

In a heartbeat if she wouldn't slap me.

Absolutely, Yes.

Yeah....... I'm going to go ahead and say I have no idea. Honestly I think it could be the low self esteem thing. Used to be a really big guy so I'm still stuck in the mindset where I don't think anyone would want to flirt with me. :frown: Now I'm sad.

Occasionally I'll have a snack if I'm feeling hungry before a workout but most of the time no. Upsets my stomach to much.

 The gamer in me couldn't help but laugh at that.

Yep, after losing over 100lbs I was/am pretty cold during winter this year (it's montana, winter is like 8 months out of the damn year). Then again doesn't help that I was being cheap and didn't buy a nice new jacket as I knew I would only be able to wear it for less than a year.

Is it bad that the only thing I took away from this is that I want to try the great new diet of twinkies and vodka!?

I buy the MusclePharm Protein at Costco, $0.66 cents a serving. Honestly this is a cheaper route for me rather than buying a crap ton of egg whites and such. I eat chicken almost every day but still, I just can't afford to be spending a fortune on my food and this helps. I do 1 in the mornings on days I don't work out but…

A decent powder could help you make your goal each day without having your ingest to many extra calories. As far as brand. Protein in protein as long as it's not the cheap body fortress crap from walmart. Expect to pay somewhere around $0.75 per scoop to be honest. I use the MusclePharm Combat Cookies and Cream. Why? I got…

1. So far? 112, 48 more to go! 2. Been doing this since mid Jan 2013. 3. Depends on which point, currently at 2100 a day for my max. Usually hit around 1800 though. In the past, never actually paid attention. 4. Again, depends on which point. Currently only doing 3 days a week though. I've done 4-5 in the past but I was…

I've never had to deal with this but I'm not going to lie that I am looking forward to it. Guess it's harder to think of that siutation being a man instead though. Not sure how I will react. Honestly though, I'd say that as long as you weren't just a downright rude &&@#5, maybe just enjoy the extra attention. You've work…

Thread over, you win.

I completely agree. I am actually still really overweight (Working on it!) but wouldn't want to be with someone that is how I used to be (obese, lazy, etc). The most important thing is I like them for who they are and we share a similiar lifestyle. I don't want to be with someone that could slowly revert me back to the old…

If the gym you go to has them.... Muscle Ropes. Think of them like wind sprints for your arms.

For some reason at a get together with some friends, one friend in particular who've I've known for quite some time started calling me Daniel. She was pretty wasted and it was fun giving her a hard time. After than she started calling me Staniel (Real name is Stanley if you haven't figured that one out) and the name just…

I'm with a lot of other people that I really do want to just physically excel is so many things for once in my life. I still to this day have not been able to do a single pull up. That being said, I just want to be that sexy hot guy that women actually look at and want to give attention to. I've always been the fat guy…

Very valid point of choosing MFP vs TDEE right there.
-
Honestly it is up to you and you really should give something a "test run" anyway. Just because that is what a website says doesn't mean it's going to work. I prefer TDEE as it's a flat number every day, so even if I do something more than my normal workouts that burn calories I don't even think about eating them back.…

I'm new-ish. Always willing to make some new friends, anyone can add me.

I'd go for everything except pass and marry. :flowerforyou:

I agree with what everyone else is saying. If you are absolutely starving your need to look at how much and the most important part WHAT!!!!! you are eating. Some people shoot too low as they underestimate how active they really are and the calorie deficit is too great. Or some poeple just continue to eat absolute crap day…

My NSV was when I actually had to buy smaller shoes. My feet weren't hurtting because my shoes had gotten to worn out, they were hurting because my feet were too small for my shoes. I've gone through a few size changes from 3xl/2xl depending on brand to L/M now. Not as exciting anymore as it's cost a fair amount…

Definitely make out.

Yep, about 5-6 years. Things started out ok but just continued to go downhill. We had a kid, got married and then bought a house (in that order). I think after a while I just stayed because it was the "safe" thing to do even though I was unhappy. Things got worse and we seperated before Christmas of 2012. Got back together…

@Kelly112582 - Never before but just tried with that cute smile. :flowerforyou: Profile locked though... :frown:

Stay. =P

When is the last time that you changed your workout routine? I can imagine that could possibly be one thing, you may have hit a plateau doing the same thing for too long? Maybe changing your routine to something completely new and really nailing down your calories to a specific calorie limit? Maybe try finding your TDEE…

How could I not spank with a name like that!? But would love to dance and a hug too, wouldn't mind dating either if she didn't think I was too young.
