  • My protein intake needs to be increased. My diet is mostly carbs and fats which is not good. It needs to have less fats and carbs and increased protein intake. Vitamins also need to be increased in my diet.
  • That's really good! You should continue drinking a lot of water. All that water is probably why youre so pretty.
  • I would rate my hydration at a 7. I don't usually drink waterI. When I play volleyball I find myself drinking a lot of water. I can better my water intake by eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking more fluids including water every day.
