As a zumba instructor, of course I am a big advocate for it. In general, I encourage people to get up and do whatever is going to get you moving. Bad mouthing Zumba is just dumb. Every "body" is different and is going to respond differently to different things. I have personally lost 30lbs doing just Zumba...built muscles…

I appreciate all the responses, I hear loud and clear that everyone thinks I'm under eating. But I thought the basic premise of losing weight is burn more calories the you consume. Everyone's comments would make sense to me only if I was living on crackers and water. If everything you are saying is true...then why work…
