I would stay at sedentary just because you're not active other than when you're adding exercise on MFP. I would recommend looking at the Blood Type Diet if you really are motivated to lose weight.. Depending on your blood type it can be a big change in your diet but I can say that I was able to drop 35lbs in 3 months...…
