There are good cereals out there. Many named in this thread (and previous threads before this). Then there are GREAT cereals: http://www.mothersnatural.com/ready-to-eat_cereals/rte_peanut_butter_bumpers.aspx

I'm sorry you are struggling. Raising kids is a tough job. I don't know you or you family or your situation. I do have some experience in direct child care settings, and I feel sad that kids are getting diagnosed with ADHD at such a young age. Again, I don't know you, your kid or your doctor, so I am in no place to judge…

My favorite threads are the ones with the fewest obnoxious signatures. I can deal with one or two instances of animated banality, but after 4 or more, I start crying out of frustration and bitterness. It was hard to type through the tears just now. Perhaps I'm just old.

Glasses/sunglasses that fit. Check with your optometrist or even a local glasses shop - they will often do a free fitting.

Don't be moody, Mona. You have some good answers here already. Your original question didn't have much info to go on, but all things being equal, you should already know that pushing 20 pounds requires more effort (and burns more calories) than pushing 10 pounds. The good info, IMO, is what Jeff posted - which is that you…

How much do the two babies weigh? Are they muscle-bound babies or fat babies? Are you pushing and/or pulling the same stroller with one child? Where is the other child while you are doing this? Is either child named TOM?

And some days there's just too much. I've had people get their love all over me before. And don't forget beauty. Sometimes, there is so much beauty in the world, you sit around watching trash: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGWU4QhJ4L8

More HCG threads.

Wow, I was gonna let it slide when you talking about proper written form. But then you had to pull readability into it.... You do know that capitalization is a big part of readability, right?

^^^ Agreed. I felt the same way when I was dating, had a few serious relationships with women who had kids. I'm generally pretty awesome around kids, which does sometimes make up for not having ripped abs. I don't think divorced matters much, particularly after 30. Sometimes it is a good thing - inasmuch as people who are…

My muscles are tone deaf. Can I still make them bigger? Korn rules.

This looks good. Thanks for posting. 1/2 cup of Splenda for 8 bars - that's pretty sweet isn't it? How do these taste compared to some of the popular bars on the market?
-
I see what you did there.

If only Pixy Stix had vitamins.

Since you have two young ones of your own, you know how important it is to get a break. Are your kids there too during all this? Or is your "break" from your kids spent taking care of this one? I don't know your relationship with your neighbor, but unless you and she live on an island, I can promise you that you are not…

(please excuse the modification of your original text - just wanted to make it easier to read through a few times) I don't know how much success you will have trying to reason with a two-year-old. The brain just doesn't have the same kind of processing skills that we do at such a young age. It sounds like you might need to…

The muscle tissue is softer and smells nicer.

I don't know, everyone was cool with Ted Danson showing up in blackface at the Friar's Club Roast even in the mid-90s, right? That worked out well and didn't make anyone uncomfortable.

Note the opening of the abstract that talks about evidence becoming available supporting coffee's health benefits. Seems like so many other things worse than coffee to obsessively worry over. Like punching yourself in the face. Way more damaging. I get the guilty by association thing - the negatives of creamer and cream…

Like water, coffee can be bad in excess. There is almost four zabillion opinions on the benefits/harms of coffee (often with very little mention of amount). A healthy amount is probably in the 'less than water, more than punches to your own face' range. I've got a chart somewhere that shows this. Just make sure you eat…

Great thread. Very impressed with Carl tonight. He has killed it 4-5 times in this thread alone. ManTom makes me want to talk about my feelings.

This thread is really helpful. I am hitting you up for bike advice. Expect a PM soon...

Awesome that your kid wants to be healthy. I'd focus on that - the being HEALTHY part, maybe more than losing weight. Are you at maintenance? Still trying to lose? I ask because I know that my weight loss brings a lot of attention to food, being "fat", making changes, etc. at our house. Advice from one parent to another…

Be specific. I'm a member in good standing of the Bowel Club.

You're thinking of the American version, where you use butter. I'm talking about the proper British version, which calls for a layer of real animal fat slathering before applying the Saran Wrap. And those pine tree car fresheners kill any bad odors. What's sexier than little green trees?
-
Maiden rules. Have you seen the documentary Flight 666? Great movie.
-
Wear Saran Wrap. It's wind and stain resistant.

Talking about eating back exercise calories without mentioning NET calories is like driving a car without peanut butter. It just doesn't make any sense.
-
Each sentence of your post clicked together, like little Legos of Reason.

Congrats on your weight loss. Great post. Love the real world experience. I hope you post this story in every "should I eat my exercise calories back?" thread that pops up.
