I do think the site is reliable to an extent. It can only do so much. I use a HRM and a food scale to keep track of my food more accurately.

Have some hot tea or water... and while you are sipping that try to decide if you have time to do a small workout. If not, make a dinner with lots of fiber and protein to fill you up. If you go over, just plan better tomorrow. :)

I have all the yoga workouts and some Pilates. They have a large selection of the "10 minutes solutions", which have like 5 workouts on one video, each being 10 minutes. Some of them suck, some don't. They also have the Crunch workouts, but they are outdated. *Trying them out may suck, but it's worth it to find the ones…
