I actually like water at room temp during every season but mid summer. lol I keep my water in my Brita filter pitcher... on the counter. My husband hates that! lol Lemon water is yummy too.

Try eating lots of raw foods. Berries have a good amount of fiber. Fruits, vegetables, and seeds. I like making smoothies with flax seed or oat bran tossed in, along with rasberries, blueberries, banana, and random other things. Sometimes a cup more of water per day can help and an extra walk after each meal.

I've been in that situation and it is so hard. I typically go for a salad (side salad) or at hibachi you can do a miso soup, which isn't too bad. ^^haha me too! & OP you just need some new friends who want the same things as you in terms of support and communication. I keep my list to about 3 pages and all of my mfp friends are super supportive. I delete people who request me and never comment. It's a personal choice.

I don't think there is a problem at all as long is she is eating plenty. I mean, if your kids are out on the monkey bars and doing pull ups and whanot, it's fine. So, I don't see why doing a workout video would be any different. Make sure she eats well, and has some fun. :)

My eyes friggin suck! I hate wearing my glasses when I work out. I had them tightened recently and that helps, but I prefer my contacts when I'm doing cardio. --- and I also really hate sweat, but love the feeling after a workout! If I am sweating, I usually did something right. :)

Donate them, and buy like two cheap outfits. When I first started I only bought clothes on sale. They may have been designer, but I never paid even half price. Transition clothes go by pretty fast. Keep it cheap and simple. If you have someone that sews, maybe you could have them altered.

I have 30 DS, and Yoga Melt Down. Love them both. I just restarted 30DS today and oh boy. Curiosity killed the...blank! If she brings it up, be subtle and listen. Offer advice if she sounds like she wants it, or offer to workout together. ONLY if she opens up to you. That's a crazy sensitive subject for a woman. Asking how she got all that extra skin... not good.
