    I happen to be at home today for lunch, so I could prepare this: A hard-fried egg with mashed avocado (38 g) and a touch of sriracha sauce on a toasted Thomas's light whole grain English muffin. 239 calories.

    (Fewer calories than I usually consume for lunch, since I'll be attending a friend's cocktail party later.)

    Having lunch now......morningstar spicy black bean burger (no bread), 1/2 cup cottage cheese, celery sticks with spinach yogurt dip. All for under 300 calories and 23 gms protein :):) All your lunches sound good!!

    This sounds yummy and packed with protein. I've taken notes on here today.

    I havent eaten yet, but I did log it all in, we're having a little bbq lunch, Chips $ onion dip, corn/broccoli/spinach, cheese burger on a sandwich thin with ketchup and mustard,1 kraft single, a can of soda....... 987 calories total
    I have 689 left for dinner later so Im not stressing.
