I usually get steamed vegetables and rice. I make sure to ask them not to add any oils or sauces. If you measure your own sauce or get it on the side it will help a LOT. oooh hate it when that happens! I ate the most calorie filled VEGETABLE egg rolls (2) last night. I was shocked when I looked it up. Luckily, I had the calories for it, but sodium was out of this world!

4 people.... Husband, myself, and two daughters is under $300 a month. That inlcudes other kitchen/bathroom items. I would say it's dropped to about $200 lately because I moved and have a lot more options and Farmers Market. That does not include date night though...

I don't diet at all. I make good/bad choices everyday. I try to eat as healthy as possible when I can, but if I can't then I just make the best choice for the situation.

Since Sodium is a big deal to me, I do. I retain water like crazy if I don't stay around 1600. I have a drinks section in my diary, so if it's not water I just scan the label with my phone. Easy. :)
