I like to mix plain greek yogurt, chocolate PB2, chia seeds, a little bit of unsweetened cocoa powder (to make it extra chocolate-y) and a packet of stevia. Kind of a yummy mousse/pudding type thing. It's my snack most days.0

I'm curious too! I also just recently ordered a jar of each.. waiting for it in the mail now.0

Sounds great! I tried regular pb w/ plain chobani and the calories were crazy, so I'm really interested in this stuff.0 -
I mix it in my morning oatmeal .... top with a little maple syrup ... yum
Mix with water for a yummy apple (or banana) dip
Mix dry with jelly ... for peanut butter'n jelly
Gotta try this in greek yogurt ......0 -
I add it to my protein shakes.0

I put it in my protein drinks.0

Yep, great in protein shakes as you don't even notice the slight texture difference versus natural peanut butter. My fav "dessert" shake is a PB2 + chocolate protein powder + frozen banana blender shake with plain greek yogurt, almond milk, milled flaxseed, and spinach. YUMS!0

I LOOOOOVE this stuff!!!
It's great to add to bagged protein powder. Mix it with Paleo brownie recipe, in cereal, etc.
Most people don't know peanuts are not a NUT so the Omega 6 extraction is really awesome for inflammation reduction.
I did a quick video review of the Omega 6 vs. Omega 3 on wellfitlife.me

Bump - I just ordered some too!0

They're legumes, right? I'll check out the info. Thanks.0 -
I mix PB2 in my cottage cheese, smoothies or I mix it with cocoa powder, sugar-free maple syrup and add to my desserts, or breakfasts, like oatmeal, etc.0

That was actually very informative. Thank you.0 -
I know this is different, but does anyone use Almond Butter? I just ordered 90 calorie packs, but I'm a little apprehensive about it. Any reviews?0

I like to cut up a banana then freeze it and make banana "ice cream' by putting the frozen banana into a small food processor with some pb2 and a splash of milk so yum!0
-
I mix it in with my greek yogurt and my oatmeal!
Edit: added oatmeal lol0 -
I toast a piece of cinnamon raisin bread, mix up my PB2, put a cut up apple on top (Gala is the best) and sprinkle with cinnamon. I also make Chocolate PB banana smoothies with it. YUMMY~0

I put either regular or chocolate with sf maple syrup in oatmeal, one of my fave breakfasts! And I found this recipe for "healthy" peanut butter cups:
(per serving, can be made one serving at a time )
1 tbsp plain or choc PB2
1 tbsp water
8 dark choc chips, melted.
-use a mold or shape into a ball the pb2, freeze, then dip in chocolate. AMAZEballs! lol.
I don't like regular peanut butter, but pb2 is a lifesaver, fershur0 -
Thank you all!0
-
Oh my..I'm dying to try pb2! Have you all been happy with it? I have like a peanut butter fetish!!!!!!!!!!0

I modified a recipe I got from www.Chocolatecoveredkatie.com for chocolate chip cookie dough dip... I modified it to be
1 can great northern beans (rinsed & drained)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I've tried MRM dutch chocolate and Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate, both were yummy)
4 Tbsp Chocolate PB2
6 tsp coconut palm sugar (or regular sugar, or brown sugar, depends on your preference, you can also omit and it's still tasty)
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
unsweetened almond milk -- start with 2 to 3 Tbsp and add till you get the consistency you want
throw it all in the food processor, until it's nice and smooth (adding almond milk as needed) and then add 1/4 to 1/2 C Special Dark mildly sweet chocolate chips .... this makes about 6 - 1/2 cup servings with 200 calories, 30 g carbs, 10 g protein, 7 g fat.
So good! If you use a protein powder that has some sort of sweetener in it, you can leave out the sugar (with the exception of the chocolate chips) and it's still good... my seven year old daughter will eat it so it can't be that bad... lol0 -
