I think she looks great, for her body type. She isn't built like a stick, she has curves. In no way do I think she is FAT. Most people could use some toning up now and then, but she looks great and not at all fat.

Thats a normal burn for 30 day shred, and the easier it gets, the less you burn. I started around 204 and then went down to about 160 something when on level 1, and so on for each level.

^^^ It sounds like you need new friends. You need friends who motivate you to do better, but understand when your day goes badly, or you just don't have as much time to eat. Life is different every day, so you food diary will be too. .

Great work! I can see a difference. Remember slow and steady will win the race, and don't get disocuraged if you don't lose that much every month. It will fluctuate... Stay positive and keep up the GREAT work! :)

oh and you may want to bump those cals up a bit so you dont wake up starving and eat a boat load. Maybe a protein shake or something could get your cals higher..but I do get what you were trying to accomplish.

I wouldn't say eliminate taste.. I'd say, try to like the taste of the nutritious foods you eat. It may take a little time, (or a lot) but it will eventually happen. I now crave vegie burgers, bell pepper, zuchinni and all sorts of vegis and less of the bad stuff. It just taskes adjusting. I don't even like fast food…

oh and starvation mode is real..but it takes work to be in true starvation made, and you notice the term thrown around a lot.

You can always try a snack of almonds, or other nuts. They typically will keep you full, and help up your calories. At the end of the day it is your choice, and we all work differently. Vegi burger patties are like 110-130 cals skinny cow ice cream is 100-150 calories per serving (and to me, the serving is nice) 100 calories popcorn (butter and kettlecorn flavors) I would drink a glasss of water and leave the 90 cals, unless the water doesn't work and you're truly hungry.

I have a kinect, and I love it. However, I would say buy the elliptical. It's a long term investment that might be more beneficial.
