Some people work for government agencies and cannot put that type of info on the web... some people just want the perks of site without feeling like strangers know there whole life...or what they look like... lots of reasons

I know so many people from the town I grew up in (CA) that had a card, and none of them had a problem. I went to the ER for a panic attack (again in CA) and the doctor said I was too stressed about having a perfect life that I needed to stop by his private practice and get a card. I was pissed. - Honestly, there isn't much…

^^^ I agree with most of this (everything but whole milk, I just can't drink that stuff) I always have raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, greek yogurt, and things like that in my fridge (fridge helps the nuts/seeds stay fresh longer). Avocado is also a good fat, and I am all for the peanut butter!

That was part of my problem until I became more serious about tracking my calories (not to say you aren't). One day I realized "every bite counts" and I soon saw that those few bites from when I feed my daughter...WERE ADDING UP! Now, I make her eat what I eat. If she wants a snack, it's an apple or some form of fruit.…

B.A- Political Science and Government :) (Almost done!) Reason: I can go into many different fields of work, from administrative to being a politician..I like the wiggle room in career choices.. Plus, it's really fun to learn about... I will probably just do large scale property managment (see below) but I really like…

I use it for stuffed bell peppers (turkey stuffed peppers from skinnytaste.com) Awesomeeee I pretty much only use it in recipes lol

Oh heck yes I do...lol I have two little girls and a husband who like to play outside.. I HATE it when doors/walls/mirrors get dirty. She should be ashamed for making you feel that way when she knows you have a problem.

I'm 129 and at the awkward position between a 4-6. I usually stick to a 6. Plus, after two babies my body is different. lol I am usually 115-120 a size 2-4. :)

I am still a work in progress, trying to rid myself of baby weight. I've lost 34 pounds by eating...and eating. My bmr is 1312 and I eat up to 1580, just depends. I ate at 1200 for a few weeks but it was too frustrating for me, but like I said, it just depends on the day. I always try to be at least 1312! :)

this^ and give it a few seconds in each position

Maybe she is jealous.

high sodium can make you retain water, thus leading to a higher number on the scale.

We are all unique. I eat 1 bowl of high fiber oatmeal (sometimes I add fresh blueberries) and I also have 1 slice of natures own double fiber whole wheat toast w/ half a tbsp of unsalted butter. Carbs? Yes. However, I also have 15 grams of protein by 9 am. Works for me. :) ++decaf coffee w/ 1/4 cup almond milk

you like karen walker

I think it is reaallly low for 5'6. I would think around 118ish would be the lowest. You are lucky to be tall. Maybe try eating more and building muscle- but you have to eat to tone your body...otherwise you are losing muscle
-
LOL he is actually 6'9 or something.... I am 5'3, so you can imagine how silly that looks. But either way... that is just TALL! :) He hits his head on everything, and towers around ceiling fans. lmao
-
My first thought was that I only wanted to see how someone else as TALL as my husband looked..lol -Great progress, you have done a wonderful job!
-
Seriously.
-
I look at my stomach...bwahahaha Seriously. Why do you want to lose weight? Let that motivate you to get moving. At least a 30 minute walk a day....
-
you've done an amazing job! Keep it up!
