im back again too....I did really well and lost 40 lbs last year but gained almost all back after a knee injury and careless eating.

I just completed c25k. I will say that I can not run 3 miles without stopping but I can run/jog 30 min without stopping and since I used the program I never over did it and stayed injury free. I look forward to my "run" 3x a week. I lost 15 pounds doing that but I was also doing some lifting and kept my calories in check.

Saturday I walked 6 miles from my house to my boys high school to watch them play football. Six months ago that would have never been an option. It felt really good to say I walked the entire way!
