  • I also love sugar - I had reeses today! I try to eat it in moderation, I don't deny myself. That helps a ton :) Some days are worse than others, but they don't shame me. Moderation.
  • You will probably loose a big amount next week. I like to have a cheat meal when I stall to rev up my metabolism again, and I mean a BIG one! I'll eat an extra 1,000 calories and not even count it. I'll gain weight initially, but in a few days its all gone along with 2-4 extra lbs.
