Well, I haven't lost any weight for about 6 months. I've been at such a standstill plateu so weighing for me is extremely discouraging as well because if I go up a pound at night I think in my head "oh no, I haven't lost any weight in 6 months and now I'm gaining". Which obviously I know isn't true because I'm doing all of…

I always add milk to mine, water just makes it so bland. I love brown sugar in mine as well. However, definitely love to add berries to it!

Yes! I understand how you feel, definitely a scale addict. I have two different scales and I weigh constantly. Honestly it's sad to admit but I bet that I weigh about 10x per day. However, I have stayed faithful and not weighed in this morning!

Hello there. This is also my second time around. I lost 115 pounds and gained back 40 during my freshman year of college! I'm slowly getting back on track, but I agree, MUCH harder the second time!

It's nearly impossible to gain three pounds just overnight. Keep your head up. More than likely it's water weight.

Hello there! Great story! - A little bit about me is that I am a 19 year-old college student! Handling college and a good diet and exercise can be extremely difficult at times! But I'm doing okay! It would be great to get to know you! My starting weight was 225 pounds and today I weighed in at 156.2! Feel free to add me!

If you're a female, my biggest tip is weighing ONLY once a week. Women tend to retain water and their weights aren't always accurate. If you're anything like me I get extremely discouraged seeing the number go up the next day when I've done extremely well with my diet. So once per week.

I love mixing cottage cheese with fruit, it's amazing!

The only suggestion that I really have is to just try to limit your sandwiches and other items to one piece of bread instead of a whole two. This worked for me. However, now that I'm wanting muscle and to get abs and a little more cut, my personal trainer told me to UP the carbs! This is completely the opposite of what I…

Tried this and I liked it, didn't notice any significant weight loss, but my advice is to just be sure what you plan on cooking it in! I tried putting it in my veggies instead of olive oil and it did NOT turn out! I read online coconut oil is mainly only a good oil substitute for baking!

Hello, my name is Teria! I started my journey out at 225 pounds! I'm currently 158! I'd love to be a weight loss buddy! I'm 19!

I've lost some weight and yes, I do have some excess skin, but it looks 100000000x better than the extra weight. :) Promise! You won't regret it!

That's amazing! I'm 19 as well! I started at 225 pounds, I am currently 158 pounds, and 40 more to lose. :)

This may be true, but for me, I have lost a significant amount of weight and I am extremely healthy according to blood work and the doctor. When I first started my weight loss plan, I was told by my family doctor to limit saturated fats. Saturated fats are fats that are SOLID at room temperature. Solid fats can be…
