I will definitely try adding greens, great ideas everyone!

Good idea. I could also do a pb&j one using frozen berries & pb2. Mmmmm.

Thirty-five pounds in 6 months seems doable to me! I average 7 pounds or so a month in weight loss.

I know it's better but I currently have canned so that's what I'm using.

Hello, I have been on my weightloss journey for a little over five years now and everyday is a struggle but eventually you will get the hang of it. I lost 100 pounds at the age of 17 but when I hit college I gained 25 pounds. Now I still have 25 to lose that I am slowly working on. The most important thing to remember I…

My thighs! I literally hate them. I guess I'm use to being 16 year-old body and now that I'm 21 I gradually am seeing changing with my thighs and hips. Another problem for me is like my "back fat" if thats a thing. I think that the front of my stomach is okay but the back is, ehhhh. LOL

Hello, Awesome progress so far. You can do it. In my previous weight loss journey I have lost 80 pounds. I originally lost 100 pounds but I gained a little weight back. I am looking to lose my last 20 pounds and reach my official goal weight before October. Just a little bit about me. Now about you... Don't get…

I'm kinda starting over too, so I know what ya mean. Five years ago were my so-called "glory years" where I lost 100 pounds. Needless to say, I put on 40 pounds. Over this past year, I lost 15 of it and I still have 25 more to go. I am looking to lose 25 more pounds by October because that is when we are looking to go on…

Hello, My mom has hypothyroidism. I believe that it does make it difficult to lose weight but it will not stop you from losing weigh whatsoever. She lost 44 pounds in six months. Start walking. Only walk as far as you can if walking is a problem for you. Diet however, is key. Best of luck, Teria

Hello, I started my journey at 225 pounds. I am currently 145 and I hope to reach 125 by the end of the summer. I know how you feel. I believe that staying motivated is the hardest part, but if you want it bad enough, you will. For your diet feel up on filling foods in the morning, like protein (eggs, turkey bacon, etc.)…

Hello, I have lost 80 pounds - originally I lost 100 BUT once I got to my goal weight, I deprived myself so much throughout my journey that I ended up binging A LOT & I developed a B.E.D. I gained 40 pounds back! I have recently lost 20 of them though and I soon hope to lose the next 20 by August. My binge eating tips…

I don't think you can spot reduce where your fat comes off, but I've lost 80+ pounds and I think exercise is important but diet is key! If you eat lean protein, healthy fruits, and veggie your stomach will begin to flatten as you lose weight! It definitely takes a long time! I use to be a straight cardio bunny and now that…

Meaningless? It's a poll and I'm curious of ALL opinions. I'm not dissing one over the other. Everyone is different. *face to palm*

Thanks everyone! Just curious to what everyone thinks. Here's mine: 1.) I USE to eat breakfast. However, I no longer do because my trainer has me on fasted cardio in the AM, so by the time I'm home it's lunch. But I do love breakfast. 2.) I've lost nearly 100 pounds. 3.) Metabolism?? Ehhhhh. Some people lose weigh eating…

Congrats! It's so exciting! I've been so off track this week it's crazy... But it happens!

If I don't eat breakfast I feel like I'm dragging the whole morning. But I'm just not a coffee drinker so maybe it's just me! However, sometimes I do eat a light breakfast depends on if I've had a cheat meal the day before or whatever.

& yes, I love whole eggs as well!! But I like popping my egg whites in the microwave for on the go. However, boiled eggs sound delicious for tomorrow morning.

Yes I understand that I will not die. But when I wake up I am hungry, therefore, I eat breakfast. That is the whole reason I posted this. *FACE TO PALM*

I loooovvveee spinach in my smoothies.

I've tried the frozen banana, still was drinkable just not half as good as the chocolate. But I think I'm going to buy some chocolate and just mix them. I use milk too not water.

I leave mine open, I leave notes occasionally. The reason I leave it open is to motivate myself really. :)

I hardly ever do. You can buy the pants and shorts that have it built in, I don't know if you've ever seen them but you can typically get it at like Nike and probably even Walmart. To me that works best! But it's just whatever you're comfortable with. :)

Feel free to add me as well, my diary is open and I am on day 60!
