Note: the reason sometimes my calories are down is because I get to school at 9:00am and don't get home until 9:00pm. I commute and yes I bring food but there's no microwave and eh... cold food.....

I'm actually more of a cardio bunny. But I really do want to get into weight lifting. Also, I thought about trying fasted cardio? If I can make it without my proats that is lol.
-
My goal weight was 135. But I don't want to risk the feeling of being tired all the time either.
-
I'm 5'6. I feel great, I'm a size 4/6, small shirt size. It may just be my time to quit losing weight??
-
My diet isn't perfect by no means, I could probably do better with it. I think I'm more of just at a plateau because I've never had a problem losing weight until now (155). I don't think I'm losing focus but I am a bit stressed about the plateau. I know I just have to be patient and go the extra mile. However, if no one…

I saw no, and here's why: I watched a Dr. Oz. episode once over juicing and there was this woman on there who lost over a 100 pounds by strictly juicing. Nevertheless, gained back MORE weight than she lost after a year. She was talking about how she thought she was doing the right thing by juicing but now she can't stop…

I have bradycardia. This is why it was worrisome.
-
Guess not. Never had a setback like this. Just because you may know doesn't mean I do? We're two different people, with two entirely different bodies.
-
I've just never had such a setback with my weight loss I guess. Thanks for the support from some. & if you have a rude comment, I'd rather you leave my forum.
-
Never had this big of a setback. I'm just frustrated.

By the way guys, I just weighed on my boyfriends scale. The weight was 156. So gained 5 pounds. Which is still a lot for me the day after. Typically it's 5 after I eat and 2 the next day I have to work to get off.
-
Yes it's very discouraging. I don't see another cheat meal in my future. But it keeps me from feeling deprived.

No, it's far from obsessive behavior. My goodness. I weigh myself before/after cheat meals typically it's a 5 pounds gain. NOT 12. My waist was 4" bigger this morning. The weight is still on. I am Insomnia, being up at 1AM is typically. Never did say I weighted at 1AM, I said that I still had not VOIDED at 1AM. Don't be so…
-
Pretty big, but honestly an average American dish.
-
Definitely just discouraged this time with so much I put on after the cheat meal. I guess I'm thinking maybe a cheat SNACK next time. I didn't know one meal would set me back so far. This is why I'm frustrated. /: I am not weighing again until Monday.

I know breakfast is suppose to boost the metabolism. But why eat if I'm not hungry?
-
I definitely had a carb and sodium overload. But I was worried that 12 pounds ever after weighing with the food and liquids inside of me, isn't that unusually large amount of weight? Typically it's 5 pounds max. Replaced batteries just now. Same weight.

I'm 5'7. I ate the meal at 6PM. It's currently 1AM and I have yet to void or anything. Water retention?
-
Typically I LOVE McDonald's sweet tea. The sugar however, does not fit the macros. :(
-
Yeah it was. Changed it.
-
Well, my sugar is typically over! But, nevertheless, I'm still slowly losing!
-
I just do two miles on the elliptical everyday. That's it. And I walk a mile. Dairy is open. But don't typically log exercise.
-
Not my type!
