I just cut mine in half and put in a microwave safe bowl take out the seeds add alittle water to the bottom and microwave it for about 8-12 minutes depending on the size and then scrape it out with a fork :)

Absolutely no cassaroles are allowed at my house. I know it's difficult sometimes it will make her physically ill. But like I said removing the gluten has helped tremedously she is not so sensational. you ould try it and see if it helps any. I recently found out that my daughter is allergic to gluten and cow's dairy products. Unfortunately she loves bread, muffins, rolls and milk. I quit smoking using hypnosis about 2 1/2 years ago. It was pretty cool. I mean I literally had no cravings...even if I was out at a bar and other people were smoking.

When you exercise you earn extra calories that MFP adds into whatever your set daily calories are. For example if your daily calorie intake was set at 1500 and you went swimming for an hour you would get 300 (give or take) extra calories putting your daily calories at 1800.

I think my habit was never eating enough, so it has been an adjustment for me to eat 3 times a day and then some snacks....but have not lost weight in a couple of weeks and thought this may be why
