Walmart has them for like $50. Last time I checked, not the watch but the actual HRM. Hope that helps. I have also seen them at Target for $89.

Does that 1200-1500 include your excercise calories? If not you may need to up your calories. If not your body t thinks it is starving and starts storing everything. Check out the links at the top of the general discussion page for a more thorough explanation and tips hope this helps.

I agree I know people who went back to smoking after a few years...I never heard of the book but I think when your trying to quit something so addictive you can never have to may resources...I just thought I put my experience out there since I smoked for like 15 years and it also worked for my mom who smoked for like 35…

I quit smoking three years ago using hypnosis. This will only work though if he really and truly ready to quit. I had two maybe three sessions. I have never had any cravings or anything.
