This is so true! I've lost 20 pds and only dropped a pants size also. Being fit for me means being in shape and curvy- I don't mind a scale number, as long as I'm toned and feeling great. We all need to find our version of healthy. I've found that losing weight, working out, and eating right aren't that big of priorities…

Great for you that you love yourself just the way you are! I don't think that bustier is always better, just being comfortable with yourself and knowing you are pretty natural is best! Confidence is sexy :)

I've always heard the same about the metabolism, but I agree just as long as you drink it, and drink lots of it! I like mine cold too, esp after a good workout! :)

This is my dilemma this week too! I like running early evening, as I have to be at work so early already it makes mornings difficult. It's definitely not getting cool enough at night anymore :( Guess I'll give in and try the AM...
