Waxing definitely isn't bad at all. Slightly painful the first time, but not that bad in my opinion, and hasn't really hurt anytime since. Plus it is completely worth it, 100%.

Way to just ask the guys :-P I've been hooked on a pretty simple one lately: I scoop- Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Why Protein Powder 1.5 cups- Milk (I usually grab 1%) Cinnamon to taste I find it to be delicious, and the added protein in the milk is a plus. 260 Calories 19 Carbs 5 Fat 35 Protein

Yeah, that one bugged me too. Beyond that though, I thought it had some pretty solid information about calorie deficits, metabolic rates, water weight, etc..

I'm 5'6", and I hit my goal weight back in November. I've been maintaining at 160 pds / size 8. Gotta keep the curves ;) Now I weight lift, and focus on become stronger vs. losing weight.
