I've heard the protein equation before, but never the one to calculate daily fat intake. Can I ask where you got these guidelines from? Something I've been very interested in lately =)

Oh I'm definitely trying it! It makes sense to me, and I think it will be for the best. I think it will be a tad nerve racking until I can see that upping doesn't mean hitting where I was again. But I'm a different me now, one that lifts, loves the gym, and understands being fit. I just have to keep reminding myself of…

You should figure out your maintenance level too. I am aiming for 160 also, and about 5pds away I am adding a lot more weight lifting and strength training, and adding 10% more calories an week until I hit 1700. That puts me close to my maintenance level, with eating back exercise calories, and once I'm there I'm sticking…

I've had it a couple times to treat intense migraines that wouldn't go away. It worked for me.
