I have done workouts 3 & 4; at first it felt like there was a lot of jumping. To be honest, I was afraid it would hurt my knees or the DVD player would skip. But as it turns out, it didn't hurt and the player didn't skip. That being said, you probably could bring alternative DVDs just in case, or you could do the workouts…

Well I'm on my second week since joining this group. I picked up with week 3 (phase 1, workouts 3 & 4) last week, and am on week 4 now. While I found workouts 3 and 4 to be a lot more difficult, it's definitely getting better. this week so far: 12/10 - Phase 1 workout 3 12/11 - Phase 1 workout 4

My successes - After a bad couple of days following Thanksgiving, I got back on track and lost 3.0 lbs - although 1.4 of that was from the Thanksgiving gain. I did the photos and the measurements when I started JMBR, but I haven't put them up anywhere or created a collage as Jillian suggested. But I do think it's a great idea. I love to ski, but have had to buy new pants each ski season for the past 3 years. Now, the pants from 3 years ago fit -- but not the ones from 5 years…

yes, this is great stuff. I've been trying to do daily weigh-ins to get a sense of the daily variance vs the the trends.
