I love the Special K breakfast sandwiches. The egg and bacon one always hold me over until lunch.

I just go with the weekly calorie goal. I am supposed to eat 2,000 a day to lose 1 pound a week. I generally go with 1600 - 1700 a day and bank the left over for the weekend. It has been working so far. Just don't check your weight daily, as it will fluctuate more.
