  • Ran 5.5k today. Leaves me with 67.5k left in my goal of 90k for this month.
  • Did another 6k today. Brings my total for the month to 23k My goal is 90k so only 67k left. :happy:
  • I'll go three days in a row or I'll take a few days off in between. Basically it depends on how long the runs are and how much my muscles are screaming at me about it. I did a 7k run the other day and took yesterday off as a rest day. So today I'll go again and tomorrow as well.

  • Started running for weight loss. Kept running because I love it. I love being outside with my dog running on trails and the road. Doesn't matter if it's hot or cold. I go all year round. Also sort of addicted to buying running gear. Guilty pleasure...lol
  • All the time. My dog loves a good run and she motives me to go. :) I should add that I trained her to run off leash with me. Much easier than on leash. But she'll go on leash if I have to.
