Wow, I am feeling like a loser (not in a good way). I weighed in at 135 last Monday and today I am at 136.4 :( I want to cry. I thought I could do this. I work full time (from home) and have five kids. I'm totally overwhelmed and end up working out between 10pm and midnight. Exhausted, but I am determined to get healthy!

My daily intake is 1370, I earn anywhere from 400-700 on workout days. I try to eat those back but its difficult because we workout late at night.
