Pictures for perspective, I don’t think I’m in any danger of being skin and bones - I think 7lbs less would be ok?

Thanks, I think skin and bones is a personal opinion though, some people like to be curvy and some don’t.

I had a check up a few weeks ago, other than low iron levels (which I’m taking supplements for now) and low blood pressure (which has always been low regardless of my weight) everything was ok. I didn’t mention losing weight as I didn’t think I needed to, I’m due back in a few weeks to recheck iron so will ask then :)

I’d like to go as low as I can without being unhealthy, I would like to be thin but I don’t want to be too thin.

I’m 145 atm I’ve been 135 before and didn’t feel too thin (I think that put me at 19.3 bmi) I think I’ve got at least 7lbs to go before the excess fat goes although I do have a bit more muscle now than when I was 135.

I’m 5’10, not really sure how I’d describe my build - quite small I guess.

It just seems odd tha the others (overweight, obese etc) are in 5s. So I can assume 18.5-20 is still healthy?

Sorry to hijack post slightly but can we go back to sorbitol? Is a sugar alcohol like normal alcohol? I’m a bit confused :(

It depends what’s wrong - personallly I rest when I need to and take prescribed supplements

Has a dr checked your blood etc? I’m anaemic and symptoms are worse during my period. Are you eating enough calories?

Thanks, I do understand what I need to eat - my significant others are very well fed, I just come way down in my list of priorities - I need to somehow motivate myself to be healthy (which I know is ridiculous)

Out of interest has anyone tried ferrous fumerate long term? Just wondered if the constipation wears off...it’s been 9 days :/

I struggle to eat enough iron, the dr has me on ferrous fumerate twice daily - the best thing I’ve learnt is to drink less tea! Apparently it intefers with how much iron your body can take in, also non animal sources are more difficult to absorb but all can be helped along by having enough vitamin c :)

A lot of the listings don’t include iron so you will probably seem short when you are not. Has a doctor advised that you need extra iron?

Thanks everyone. For clarity (and I should have mentioned earlier, sorry) I’ve been losing weight for a while it’s just I had a break from tracking so I only have calorie entries for two weeks - I have weight entries for much longer.

Thanks, I’m not really dieting though - I eat now as I did before. Although you are quiet right it may be water weight, problem is with not much to lose I wanted a bit more precision going forward - I don’t want to lose water (or muscle) quickly just to get to a certain weight quickly
