I have to admit I didn't do the lemon water at all, the thought of it made me gag...but I will start doing it! Great set of reasons to start drinking the lemon water that you have put together!

I love the Jay Robb protein powder because not only does it taste good but it's made with Stevia. It can be a bit expensive in the stores but you can order it online and if you do it on an autoship program its free shipping and only costs $19 a bag plus tax.

Still on cycle 2 but don't really feel deprives anymore...nervous to go onto cycle 3 because I don't want to slow down on the weight loss. This week I'm committing to exercising a minimum of 4 times.

How is everyone doing? I'm finding that in cycle 2 my cravings are actually a bit more intense, I am a bit nervous to add more carbs back in cycle 3 but we will see what happens. Has anyone experienced this? I do know that days I don't get all my water in are worse.

I'm just guessing here but I would think that if you went right back to cycle 1 then maybe you would end up being on too few calories too long? I guess if you are losing I would stick with cycle 2 and be more strict. I remember reading and watching videos on his sight that indicate the weight loss will slow down in cycle 2…

I agree with those above about the sodium....she is taking in a lot. She must increase her water consumption and decrease sodium.
