You and I could almost be the same person :) I did the exact same thing with my photos and a collage. I started at 265 and am right now at 148 and people ask me the same thing and get the same answer (and seem surprised when I don't tell them "I took a magic pill and here's where you can get it") ;o)

I got 35 as well going full throttle ...

I just had my daughter time me on this telling me when to start and stop and what was coming up next. I went full throttle the entire time, HRM says only 35 calories. Not even close to what I burn during a 40-60 minute run.

When people who do not know or understand the journey I've been down offer stuff like that to me, I simply say "thank you anyway, but I tend not to eat extra refined and over processed foods. They aren't good for me." They need not know why I don't eat them, just that I choose not to :)

I don't consider it a "cheat", but my downfall is butter. I still eat it though, there are a few treats that I refuse to deprive myself of and that is one of them ... but I always make sure to count the calories :)

Does it have HFCS? I steer clear of that ... but I don't drink anything carbonated anymore ... the carbonation makes me feel bloated ... for hours!

Yep! In 30 days I lost only 4 lbs, but thanks to a change in focus to body comp, I went from a size 8/10 to a 4/6 :)
