I am at 64 miles now!! (plus ten more if you count the bike ride, but I am trying to hit 100 with just running) so far I am still on track...this is the best I have done in the past 3 months!!

I have also done p90x with running and I am currently doing Insanity while running. I am training for my first 1/2....so I usually run 4 days/week and do Insanity 3-4 days/week. And I did the same thing with p90x and got great results!!

Cynthia - I have been going to the gym with my friend, so I do strength training and get on the elliptical fo a little extra calorie burn. And it still gives my knees and ankles a rest from running. Meg - Its sounds like upping the calories will help you out!! If you feel more energy on those days you eat more then your body must need the extra fuel!! Try upping them for a few weeks and see how it goes. I had to up mine too from the measely 1200 that MFP keeps giving....no way I can survive on that everyday. Insanity…

Very nicely written. And I agree!! I tried ShakeO once but I honestly didnt like either of the flavors and I just coulnt justify the cost!! I buy the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard and take a multi-vit and amino complex and I feel great all of the time....at a much cheaper cost!!

Yes your body will adjust!! I was like that the first week or two when I started to increase my water intake...but now I am back to only making normal amounts of bathroom trips and none through the night. But for now...try to make sure you arent drinking a lot of the water in the evening!!
