Wow some great stuff going on! OK yesterday cleaned the fridge and freezer ! Walked around the lake, Made a decision to not overreact to anything yesterday. I kept it light!

Let's do it! I need to figure out a simple strength training routine also for 15 minutes 3 times a week . Ideas welcomed I do have a gym membership so have weights machine at the gym and I'm 52.

Hi it's my first day embracing my fitness pal groups and excited by the challenge of losing 15 in 15 weeks. I know I will be motivated by the group. My ultimate goal is to lose 30 lbs get moving and active and gain some more physical strength. Be well
