I have 100 lbs to lose. I'm breaking it into smaller chunks so it doesn't seem as daunting. I want nothing more than to start my family but I know I can't start until I am at a more healthy weight, not just for myself but for the baby I will carry. Feel free to add me!

Got my 30 minutes in today, not the way I had planned but it works I guess. I was on my way to pick up my husband from work and had planned on a walk with him after he was home, stopped at the gas station and my car decided it was time to die so I had to walk home. Stupid cars LOL

I'm in! This is great, I have been doing baby steps to lose weight and get back into the swing of things vs. jumping all in and burning out after two weeks. Last week my goal was to quit coffee & soda, and this week was to go for a walk 3 times. :)

Oh wow! Glad you are turning things around! You can do it! I've been smoking for 13 years (plus another 6 off and on). Tried to quit many times, and started back up after family emergencies. This time I'm determined to make it stick no matter what! I'm using the patch to quit. So far so good!

I hear ya! I originally joined in 2009 and did great, lost a good 25 lbs and then got smacked in the face with an injury. Needless to say I totally fell off the wagon and gained it all back plus some! I have tried to lose weight since and just ended up yo-yo'ing around in weight because I never could keep the motivation…

Feel free to add me! I'm just starting off.... and will be starting slowly as I am quitting smoking at the same time. But as soon as I have a handle on that I will be ramping up my weight loss efforts as I want to lose roughly 50 lbs by July/August and start trying to conceive a baby. ;)
